He Ningsheng
Name：He Ningsheng(1953.7), Shaanxiness, Han. He started to work in 1969 and
graduated from Northwest University in 1986 with a Master Degree of History. Working currently as professor and instructor in law School of Northwest University, Prof. He has written and edited 5 textbooks, published over 40 dissertations in GuangMing Daily,Nationality Research, and China Legal Science>.
