Lecturer Qiang Fu specializes in civil law and commercial law and teaches Commercial Law and Civil Procedure at NWU School of Law. He received his B.Phil. degree (2002) from Nanjing University, and his J.D. (2005) from Fudan University, and his S.J.D degree (2010) from Peking University.
